Since 1897, the place has constantly changed its name: Tour Bergères, Le Petit Casino, Le Trianon Casino, Le Nouvel Casino. In the 1980 s Jacques Maximin took over his name and since 1991 it belongs to the chain Brasserie Flo. Chef Michel Bétis offers a Mediterranean brasserie style cuisine. The seafood plateau is found, like the nice ratatouille. A unique place.
