Dominique, the master of the places (with his partner Dario), Denis to the furnaces (chef) and Fernanda in the room… the whole team puts himself at your disposal to offer you the festive atmosphere of Brazil. The kitchen of this small facility offers a tour of the Mediterranean, making tasty stopovers in Turkey, Lebanon and Armenia. At the Pera (from the name of a neighbourhood in Istanbul) you will discover the cold or hot Turkish mezze, some different tapas that can also serve as accompaniment, with among others, chiches chickpeas, caviar or purée, rice, boulgour, green beans, beurek (stuffing and feta), doughnuts à to feta, kilbbe (nuts and meat with boulgour), foam Chiches, falafels, Poulet chicken, etc. A very pleasant, original and very refreshing address.

Franco leaves every morning to the fishing, he is back around 11 p. m. and it is the fish caught on the same day he proposes! In the meantime, his wife prepares fresh pasta, the son looks after the two rooms in the simple but pleasant one… You guessed it, the kitchen is Italian and based mainly on seafood products, to taste absolutely the peccorino pepper, followed either by carbonara di mare, or simply grilled fish. Only caveat from this facility: the waiting between each dish is long enough… We must accept the Phoenician pace!
