Children's leisure Ile-De-France

Created by the Cartier Jeweller in 1984, the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art has been installed in a glass building built by Jean Nouvel since 1994. It is a place of exhibitions dedicated to all forms of contemporary art. For children between the ages of 8 and 12, the Foundation offers family tours, excursions to the garden, as well as creative workshops, these different moments to discover the Foundation and the exhibited works.

The Centre Paris Anim' Grange aux Belles is a cultural center. It offers a variety of activities such as dance, theater, musical comedy, aerial circus, fitness, boxing, martial arts and aquatic activities. The center also has a community center called Les Petits Poètes, a shared garden and a youth information point.

The center offers a variety of activities for all ages, including ballet classes for adults and children, capoeira, early music and manga activities.

It offers a swimming pool, an ice rink, as well as fitness and wellness activities. The swimming pool has a luminous sports pool, ideal for swimming, as well as an aquatic area for younger children. The ice rink is open all year round, offering figure skating or simply gliding on the ice. The Espace Sportif Pailleron also offers wellness, muscle-building, zumba and aquastretch classes.

Stade Jean-Bouin is a 19,500-seat stadium located in the 16ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, next to the Parc des Princes. Mainly intended for rugby union, it also hosts other sports such as tennis, basketball, bridge and field hockey. The stadium was opened in 1925 and has been renovated twice, in 1968-1970 and in 2010-2013. It is owned by the Mairie de Paris and used by teams such as Stade Français Paris and Football Club de Versailles 78. The Stade Jean-Bouin is a must for rugby fans and sports enthusiasts in Paris. It is easily accessible by public transport and has a wide range of facilities for spectators.

The social centre of the Cross-Saint-Simon offers children and families three playgrounds to discover more than two thousand games. These spaces are open to 0 to 3 years, 3 to 6 years, 6 to 12 years of age and their parents respectively. The centre also organizes game loans for children and families in some days of the week and during all school holidays.

The Espace Torcy toy library is a large toy library in the north of Paris where children can come and play with or without their parents, depending on their age. It is a real space of animation and awakening of children-adults, it proposes a musical awakening, activities outside the walls (in parks, streets, schools,...), loan of games, loan of material, animation of events of district (in support with the associations of the network of the 18th district), reading to the small ones... A very active toy library in the district, which has more than two thousand five hundred games in its drawers!

Founded in 1981 and managed by Alain Recoing, the Théâtre aux Mains Nues company opened this room of fifty seats in 2001. It is dedicated to contemporary puppet theatre and arts which are combined here. The young companies are highlighted here. An unusual place for shows no less original.
