Bernadette Bajolet has been on the streets for 10 years and is proposing a regional cuisine in her beautiful establishment. Quiches, potées baeckehoffes and choucroutes are therefore entitled to the map and menus offered. The framework, which blends harmoniously with a lively living and living room, lends itself to the tasting of a kitchen in a very simple way.
