Founded in 1996, this journal is published by a team of journalists and specialists in eastern countries. Originally published on paper, it has been entirely digital since 2000. Since 2013, it has been financially supported by the Europes-Eurasia Research Centre (CREE) of the INALCO (Languages O '). Under the heading'Balkans ', there will be some background articles in French on the Republic of Macedonia, in particular on the conflict of the name that opposes Greece.
