Physical training is all year round: whether it is raining, selling or snowing! If the motivation is not always high in winter, here is an activity that should quickly change your mind: the racket! The Station station, at the Swiss border in Haut-Doubs, has many different levels of difficulty. If you are a beginner, we advise you in particular the groomed, Groomed, Malbuisson (2 km) or Tertre (3 km), but if you want to try the marked but not groomed slopes, the Inter-Village (4 km) or the track of Mount Ramey (3,5 km) should fill you. No matter what you choose, you can admire Lady Nature in her Great White coat.

If you want to share a unique Nordic moment, this is for you. Le Ponard is an old alpine chalet nestled in the Risoux forest (1,200 m altitude). Individuals or groups can make a gourmet stop there at lunchtime, in the evening by reservation, or have a snack in the afternoon... It is the starting point for many hikes (even at night) accompanied by a qualified guide (animal tracks, tales under the stars, snowshoe walks...). The nights are enlivened with shows by regional artists. A real return to the roots.

The only ski resort in Haute-Saône! Situated at an altitude of 1,148 m, it is a great place for skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Access to this family domain is from Plancher-les-Mines. The alpine ski slopes are located between 950 and 1,148 metres above sea level and people with reduced mobility have access to a chair-slide. Nordic ski loops offer 23 kilometres of marked trails. In summer, cycling and walking tours, the Roll'herbe or a descent in buoys.

Two Nordic ski areas (Foncine-le-Haut and Haute-Joux, at altitudes of 930 to 1,275 meters) combine 26 snowshoe trails and 285 km of Nordic runs! A colossal playground that you can explore at your own pace, over several days or just a few hours. These snowshoe loops, from 1 to 10 km in length, let you discover the snow-covered landscapes of the Jura, alternating between forest passages and ridge walks, without ever having to retrace your steps! On foot or with snowshoes when the snow covers the mountain, with tablet or smartphone in hand, you will go on an adventure through the surrounding forests and pastures.
