Located near Dijon, this bathing and leisure area is built on a former sand pit. The water quality is good and the temperature varies between 20 and 30°C. Supervised swimming and activities for youngsters, mini-park with inflatables, motorcycle circuit, trampolines and playground. Pedal boats, canoes and paddles are also available for hire. Enjoy the refreshment bar and L'Ombrelle guinguette, with live music on Friday evenings.

This small lake, 2 km long and 400 m wide on average, lies between Les Rousses and Bois-d'Amont. In winter, cross-country ski trails run alongside it, and you can admire its frozen shores and the surrounding peat bogs frozen in frost. In summer, it becomes a water sports base with supervised swimming. Sunday bathers and boaters meet anglers who try their luck in the clear, fish-rich water. Thanks to recent improvements, the surrounding area now boasts a pétanque court, picnic area with barbecue, bicycle parking... The nautical building is also the starting point for the path that leads to the remarkable natural site of the lake rock. Finally, a wooden walkway allows hikers to cross the surrounding peat bogs in complete tranquillity, without damaging the fragile ecosystem. A fascinating thematic trail where you can discover the flora and fauna typical of peat bogs. Worth knowing: of all the lakes in the Franche-Comté region, Lac des Rousses is the only one that forms part of the Rhine river system.

The Moulin de Tala fish farm, near Lac des Settons, is a trout fishing site with three themed lakes covering 3 hectares. In a bucolic setting, the facilities on offer enable you to spend a pleasant moment alone or with your family, whether you're an expert or a beginner (fishing initiation). What's more, a restaurant - reminiscent of a small guinguette - offers you the chance to spend a whole day by the ponds.

This leisure center offers the joys of a day on the water and in the fresh air, with the choice of lounging or taking part in one of the many activities on offer: pedal boats, kayaks, paddles, disc golf, and even an inflatable water adventure course. Two of the three lakes are reserved for swimming (supervised in summer), the third for fishing. You can picnic here, or enjoy a meal at the Au bout du monde restaurant. A campsite is also available.

This vast plot of land with lawns and groves, stretching along the banks of the lake, formed by the Saint-Léger-des-Vignes dam reservoir, and adjoining the Promenade des Halles, is open on sunny days from May to the end of August. A beautiful green setting in the town, it is a paradise for children and their parents: miniature golf, giant chess board, children's games, boat hire, Aquatoons water playground, and a bar for refreshments or ice cream. In the shade of the trees, this place is ideal on hot summer days!

Situated between Champagney and Ronchamp, the Ballastières leisure centre has a beach from which you can access a stretch of water equipped for swimming. During the summer season, you can rent canoes directly on the beach. From May to September, bicycles are available for hire to ride the circuits of the mountain bike base (departure from the Camping des Ballastières). A path of hallage allows you to make the tour of the two ponds of the base, on foot or by bike.

On the edge of the city centre, the Etang des Prés de la Ville is a very pleasant body of water whose tour extends over 1.03 km. In all seasons, the path around the pond is ideal for beautiful walks. Fishermen can also put down their rods and wait for it to bite. In July and August, swimming is supervised, so enjoy! Tables will welcome your picnics with family or friends in a bucolic setting. Note that the municipal campsite is next to the pond.

Many people go for a walk at the Niffond pond. For years, it has been a family outing not to be missed! A pleasant botanical path, a few hundred meters long, allows walkers to find in a small space all the tree species present in the Bois de la Brosse and the Bertranges forest. Mountain bike trails and horseback riding routes line the undergrowth. At the water's edge, tables invite you to picnic, and a playground awaits the children. A paradise at the gates of Nevers.

Neighbours of the Nivernais canal and participating in its feeding, these two artificial bodies of water extend over 275 ha and include an ornithological reserve rich in waterfowl species. The departmental base of Baye allows you to practice various activities. Sailing is privileged, for initiation as well as for improvement, with a school having the approval of the French Sailing School. You can also practice triak, a sail adapted for disabled people (handivoile).

Created in 1973, this vast park of hectares within a loop of the Saône is designed as a real leisure base that creates the attraction of families and hikers. Pleasure of eyes with the arboretum and the rose rose, calm, between green area and banks of Saône, pleasure of play with space for children, pleasures of sport with golf, health course and many other sports facilities. A pedestrian journey, for a contrainte ride (or almost, dogs must be kept in leash), in the light of your curiosity and preferences.

Located right next to the supervised beach at the Laives lakes, the Aqua fun park has been delighting tourists and locals alike since summer 2022. This course of inflatable water games, which can be accessed with a life jacket, lets you let off steam for one or two hours. Spanning some 1,000^m2, the course features a number of modules: slides, a blob jump, a jumping tower, etc. For adults and children alike, there's plenty of fun to be had. A great family activity at the heart of a nautical base with a wide range of activities.

Situated on the Bourdon lake, between Saint-Fargeau and Moutiers, this famous leisure centre offers, in addition to accommodation (chalets, dormitories, tents), a wide range of activities: kayaking, canoeing, paddle, windsurfing, archery, mountain biking, orienteering, beach volleyball, etc. Cultural activities are also on the agenda with numerous workshops for children. But you can also simply enjoy the beaches along the lake and its restaurant area.

What could be more pleasant than spending the day on the shores of Lake Settons frolicking in the water? This is what you can do with your family or friends at the Aquapark: a gigantic inflatable structure dressed in yellow and blue, floating on the calm waters of the lake, awaits you for endless obstacle courses. Equipped with life jackets to be on the safe side, you will be able to take on the slides, climbing walls and other giant trampolines for hours of fun!

For a peaceful stopover between two days of sightseeing, visit Lac de Montaubry, located near Le Creusot, in the commune of Le Breuil. This vast, winding lake with its sandy beaches is very bucolic and wooded. It's a popular spot for bathing (supervised from time to time at Plage des Patins), fishing from the shore or from a boat, as well as more sporting activities such as paddle-boarding, windsurfing and water-skiing.
