A club born in 1971, one of the branches of ASPTT. First, mainly from the post office, his licensees were also largely from the neighbourhood. His geographic position was very quick to establish a partnership with Proudhon College where a Sports studies section developed. The latter fed in a natural way the youth sections. It is not enough, however, to save the club which, in 1996, was about to put the key under the door before the President of the DJC Palente and the creation of a sports section. The agreement does not work and very quickly both separate; it is then the NAÎT under its current name. Today, the club has about 1 teams, both male and female, from baby hands to senior women, including the ring female team evolving in N and bringing the club up to the top. Note that since 2009 the club has been offering an introduction to the hand'armchair and devotes every year a whole night!

Created in 1970, Entente Sportive Besançon Masculine is the only male club that claims to be training young talents of tomorrow thanks to its fish pond, the young people of the school of the hand to the veterans, 481 in 2012 bachelors, engaged in various regional and national competitions. A quality training bears fruit from through work, training, sweat on the floor, it leads the team senior flag to the national elite and the Pro D2. Created in 1970, the BSE and its female team, and their origins, attract crowds, cash their rows of more than 150 set off, or already one of the largest local structures from reception. After being called Dijon Bourgogne Handball for over 25 years, the club was renamed Dijon Métropole Handball in 2017. In 2019, coach Ulrich Chaduteaud led DMH to the Proligue semi-finals. In terms of players, the team has acquired Belgian Quinten Colman, who has already demonstrated his defensive solidity. The team is in^{2nd place} in the 2021/2022 Proligue rankings.
