MÉMÉ LIESEL

Alsatian restaurant €€
5/5
1 review

So simply say, we loved! Just joined Mémé, we fall under the charm of this careful Alsatian atmosphere: nothing was left at random in the cosy decoration. Warm colours of the fabrics (chairs of grey leather, red coeurs coatings) enhance the wood of the benches and parquet parquet. The trompe-eye eye (windows, shutters and half-colombages) complete us in Alsace where Nicolas taught in the kitchen of his mémé Liesel and then in that of the famous Winstub Strasbourg chic at Yvonne. Everything is done home thanks to local suppliers who have the elegance of paying tribute to the map: Le from Anaïs to a few feet, To small onions (sausage smoked in the sauerkraut is a "massacre"). Everything makes sense: bouchées to the traditional queen of calf, shank, flammenküches (only evening and will on Tuesdays). The wine card is good (Pinot Noir from Lorentz, you will tell me some news!). Even the plate of raw vegetables has taste. It is impossible to finish without a baba with richly with rum. Friendly and diligent service. Smart? The house is a caterer, so think to impress your guests with a real onion pie… or meringuée rhubarb. Those who leave naturally greet those who have the chance to stay a little more… a symbol!

BRASSERIE LA PERLE

In a decor worthy of the large breweries, La Perle offers you delicious cuisine, derived from the Alsatian tradition. On the map, you doubt: baeckeoffe, bibeleskaes, flammeküeche, and kougloff in dessert, a real treat! Like the flambée of apples grown, to share, like his salée cousin, simple, user friendly, simply good! Other dishes such as salads, fish and meat are also available. For amateurs, please note that the first and third Thursday of the month, the calf's head is on the menu! The reception is charming and efficient service, a genuine pearl of Alsatian culture!

LA CIGOGNE

Alsatian restaurant

A small, pleasant restaurant, located in the old town and serving Alsatian specialities. With good value for money, it is ideal for an evening among friends. The decor is simple and warm welcome. There are many specialities: tartes, flambées, hot boxes, ham, morels, salads… Flammekueches (flambées) live up to their reputation and well-rounded. However, baeckeoffe (traditional dish based on potatoes, meat and vegetables) leaves a little to be desired. You can also pay attention to the small room, and provide a small committee.

LA TAVERNE DE MAÎTRE KANTER

Located in the business building of Besançon, La City, adjacent to the Ibis Hotel, the national Alsatian specialities sign remains an address known and appreciated for its kitchen. Although it's a bit formatted, authenticity remains, and some franc specialities decorate the map. Traditional flambées and other choucroutes with will not be missed. A safe value. Alongside this, there are numerous specialities of fish and seafood: oysters, shellfish, crustaceans, mussels… And who says Alsace and tavern, necessarily says beer!
