The Pullman Timi Ama Hotel's wellness centre is open daily by reservation for both hotel guests and outsiders. This true paradise for the senses offers various ranges of treatments, including the fascinating sensory journey: for two hours, jet stations, hammam, bio-sauna, ice fountain, aromatic shower, salt room, emotional room and herbal tea room. Special mention for the Sardinian ritual, a treatment based on prickly pears and arbutus. Several thalassotherapy and treatment programmes are offered.

The benefits of Sardara's thermal waters were discovered by the Romans, who developed the town into a densely populated urban center. Long forgotten, the virtues of the spring were rediscovered at the end of the ^19th century, and Sardara regained its status as a spa. Today, the spa is run by the Aquathermae company, which develops a whole range of treatments in a setting that blends the modern with the ancient. The establishment also boasts a hotel and restaurant, making it a great place to relax less than an hour from Cagliari.

A vast thermal centre of 16,000 m², it is designed as a wellness centre. In addition to its thermal water pools, it includes a spa for beauty treatments and massages, and a hotel. The centre has recently been completely renovated and the large windows of the spa area let the light in in a very pleasant way. Unfortunately, the renovation has stopped at the treatment area and the hotel deserves a serious refreshment. Although the reception is pleasant and professional, the setting leaves something to be desired.

These thermal baths, already frequented in Roman times, use the waters of the river Coghinas. In Casteldoria, these waters gush out at a natural temperature of 76°C. The name of the river is due to the temperature of its waters: coghinas means "kitchen" in Sardinian. The centre is specialised in physiotherapy and psychophysical balance cures. You can enjoy a wellness cure if you do not have a medical prescription. The treatments are carried out with exclusive products using, among others, thermal mud with detoxifying properties.
