The island of Bréhat is a colorful paradise. As soon as you arrive by boat, you're struck by the beauty of the pink granite rocks that line the island. Throughout the year, flowers brighten up the landscape, offering a palette of dazzling colors. You can also admire many exotic species brought back by Breton sailors. On foot, by bike or aboard a tractor-towed wagon, you'll discover Bréhat's charming narrow streets, lined with small houses and walled gardens. Crossing the Pont ar Prat, you reach the wilder, greener North Island, home to the Tour Blanche, the semaphore and the Rosédo and Pointe du Paon lighthouses. An exotic getaway in the Tropics off the coast of Paimpol. To get to the island, you can take the Bréhat launches from Ploubazlanec. Buses also run between Paimpol station and the pier.
