The roadstead of Brest is the ideal place to learn to sail in Brittany. Youenn Creach is an experienced sailor who welcomes you aboard his magnificent boat for a week or a half-day of sailing. It is a sailing school approved by the French Sailing Federation. Whatever your level, you will progress during immersive courses. This association also offers sport and health sessions, team building, thematic courses (navigation on a map) and support for the organization of nautical events.

Every year since 1982, Tout Rennes court has put the city on the run for a weekend, for an event with no age restrictions, aimed at athletes and novices alike, and distinguished by its free admission. On the menu: several races in the city center (mixed, women's, youth, age-grouped for children...) on routes ranging from 5 km to half-marathons, to satisfy athletes of all stripes, while those less in a hurry can opt for a one-kilometer family stroll. On Saturday, a 2 km walk is organized in aid of breast cancer screening. A great event that fills the streets of Rennes with an ever-growing crowd for a sporting, human and supportive adventure.

Since 1982, Rennes has been putting on its skates at the end of spring and storming the esplanade Charles de Gaulle for a unique and feverish weekend, for a major popular event aimed at all fans of urban sliding, beginners and experienced alike. On the program: races and marathons for the most athletic, free and safe rides open to all for the others. In the "village", there's plenty to see and do: speed and jumping events, slalom, DJ music, free roller-skating initiations, etc. Various exhibitors also sell the equipment you need. This family-friendly event attracts 30,000 spectators every year.

If you're a oyster enthusiast (finally depending on the season of course), here is a hike that will take you to the mouth… From the port of Belon, this 9-kilometer trail leads you to Pointe de Penquerneo through the famous oyster parks of the Belon River. And don't stop immediately for tasting: You still have to discover the ruins of the fort! Easy and marked, this iodine hike is accessible to the whole family.

A journey from the Maison des Minerals, which reveals the countless natural areas of Crozon. Enjoy a walk out of time between land and sea, between fauna and flora. Well known for the Concarnois, Porzou wood is an ideal spot for walks and joggings at the end of the day. And to take advantage of this seaside area with family or friends, Concarneau has installed three permanent orientation routes. Using a map you downloaded or retrieved from the Concarneau Tourist Office, you will need to find the ten tags of each route, according to the information you have. An original way to impregnate the environment while testing its orientation capabilities.

Seventh edition of the night trail la dans in its playful formula with two distances to the program, one 9 km «La Ptite Nétei». This year, many surprises await participants with a passage in the blockhouse, rappel, labyrinths, labyrinths… A portion of the trail will take place on the seafront and at the end all participants will be entitled to hot soup, galette, hot wine and beer.

Fifteen minutes from Roscoff, the island of Batz offers its ten kilometres of coastline to Sunday walkers. The island is certainly not deserted, but it offers beautiful wild landscapes and breathtaking views of the thousands of islands that surround it, especially from the top of its lighthouse. You will even find a botanical garden, the Georges-Delaselle garden, which houses plants from all over the world.

Considered one of the most beautiful trails in France, the TBM, as it's known, offers three distances (20, 37 and 57 km), which stretch along the GR34 coastal path, bordering the beautiful Brest harbor. Starting out from Plouzané, the trails are technical, with a constant boost and a breathtaking view of the sea! And let's not forget that this trail is convivial, both for runners and those accompanying them! Please note: if you'd like to take part in one of these races, register early, as the Bout du Monde trail is very popular!

It's in a magical setting of races in nature Landes & Heather, Cap d'Erquy - Cap Frehel. The Grand site Cap d'Erquy - Cap Frehel, the Grand Site Cap d'Erquy - Cap Frehel, covers 4 communes and belongs to the European Natura 2000 network.

The Grand Site Cap d'Erquy has a natural heritage of ecological diversif, and the Cape Frehel attracts over 1 600 000 visitors every year.

Odysséa is a charity race held every year in September. Its aim is to raise funds for breast cancer research. You can enter as a solo runner, with family or friends, or as a company. Several routes and distances are available. If you don't like running, don't worry, 2 walking courses are also available. Depending on the distance, races are open to children aged 5 and over. It's a great opportunity to get some exercise!

The Brest Sport Tour takes place every year in several different districts, in order to allow everyone to come and experience sports that they would not have access to by any other means and with sometimes surprising names such as: the Troll Ball, the Dragon Boal... And everything is free! This event can take place thanks to a partnership between the City, neighborhood structures and sports associations. We have no doubt that this initiation to sport will be beneficial for health, social link, and will make some future addicts!

The French skating team is on tour throughout France from March 28 to April 18, 2020. She will be in Rennes at the end of March. This is an opportunity to see a real show in the presence of the best French skaters - Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron, Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres, Marie-Jade Lauriault and Romain Le Gac, Maé-Bérénice Méité, Kevin Aymoz, Laurine Lecavelier. They will perform a series of choreographies and acrobatics to music, with commentary by Brian Joubert. A beautiful show that closes the skating season, with a tour of France in 18 cities.
