There are some malls in Queenstown, including Fresh Choice (deemed «cheaper») and Alpine Foodcentre, but prices are generally high. Other alternative: New World supermarket located in the city of Frankton, 15 min drive from Queenstown.

Claimed as the best glacier in the country, Giapo no longer has its reputation in the field and attracts both the residents of Auckland and visitors. The prices are quite high but reflect the quality of the product, which proves to be both artistic and gastronomic. The varied choice puts water in your mouth and often will have to wait a little.
