Le Pied Bleu is a charcuterie and bouchon Québécois inspired by Lyon. We recommend "le tour de tripes", a 14-course sharing menu, and the tasty homemade cheeses. A playful and convivial cuisine, the slate features offal, meat and fish, not forgetting the famous boudin, worthy of an AOC, which has won five medals in Mortagne-au-Perche, France. Also well worth a visit are the bar's home-made charcuterie (to take away or enjoy on the premises), and its "cabanes d'automne" (autumn cabins), which are being set up in various locations across Quebec.
