Orléans Express also serves the Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches, Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie regions on the south shore of the St. Lawrence, and Lanaudière and Mauricie on the north shore, in addition to providing a link to Montréal-Trudeau airport and another to Ottawa/Gatineau.
