The couscous world cup held in Italy in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, brought together various countries. A success since, according to the newspaper "Le Monde", there were 100,000 people present for this edition, which took place in September. Victory for Tunisia, which participated with its best leaders and proudly represented its country. The jury, which was composed of journalists and experts, fell under the spell of the dish of Billel Wechtati (chef of the restaurant Le Baroque in Mutuelleville) as well as Taieb Bouhadra (restaurant El Ali: rue Jemâa Zitouna - La Médina).
