Practical information : Treat yourself (& others) Montenegro
Timetable
Stores often open as early as 8am and don't close until 8pm. Sometimes they even stay open until 10pm, or even midnight in summer. On Sundays, many stores remain open, particularly in the food sector. Markets are less numerous than in France, generally one per town, but are open every day.
Budget & Tips
Prices are generally lower than in France, except for clothing. Wait until you're there to buy beach supplies, sports equipment and small electronics. Take the opportunity to have your computer repaired or your cell phone reinforced, as the highly-skilled workforce is much cheaper(serviced).
Sales
As elsewhere, there are major sales of between 20% and 50% in February and July. Reductions are smaller than in France, but these are real sales on current-season products. Locally, the rest of the year is punctuated by sales in stores that display "Popust" on their storefronts.
What's very local
The markets, open every day, sell delicious handicrafts to pack in your suitcase.
