A screen shows the departures, but it is better to ask at the counter to be sure of the schedule. In summer, the place can be crowded and the cards sell out quickly, especially for the most popular destinations (Kotor, Dubovnik, Podgorica...). Do not wait until the last minute to buy your tickets.

With more than a hundred departures every day, by several competing companies, it is the second bus station of the country. Very well located at the entrance of the city, it will allow you to make journeys in all the country. Don't forget that the bus is very regular in Montenegro, every day of the week and at very affordable rates.

Please note that the buses and shuttles that go around the bay and stop in all villages, park in front of the citadel, next to the market. Read moreThe Podgorica bus station is located right next to the railway station and has a luggage storage facility(garderoba), which can be useful if you only want to spend a few hours in the capital. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office just before boarding. Visa/Maestro/Master and American Express machines.
For Budva: 50 buses from midnight to 10.30 pm.
For Cetinje: 40 buses until 22:35.
For Dubrovnik (Croatia) : 6h.
For Kotor : 30 buses from midnight to 22:35.

Read moreIt is a newly built bus station. For Kotor, note that there is a single stop on Palih Boraca Street, a 10-minute walk from the waterfront. The station serves several times a day departures to the main cities of Montenegro (Bar, Budva, Cetinje, Herceg Novi, Igalo, Kotor, Podgorica, Ulcinj), to Serbia (Belgrade, Čačak, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Niš, Novi Sad, Kruševac) and some departures to Bosnia (Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Zvornik).
