The Budva International Carnival is an annual festival held each year in the city of Budva, Montenegro. It is one of the largest carnivals in the region and attracts thousands of visitors each year. The carnival is celebrated for several days and includes float parades, music and dance performances, colorful processions, masquerades, majorettes parades... the carnival begins with the "Abrum", a procession that marks the beginning of the festivities, the Small and the Big Parade. For three days, between April and May, these festivities are among the most popular in the country.
