In the northernmost country of Europe, decorated with aurora borealis and surrounded by friendly elks, the vine appears. A few Norwegian winegrowers are taking up the challenge of surfing on global warming. The Skudenest Gaard estate, located in Kristiansand, has been offering four biodynamic wines since 2012: an effervescent Sygna Solaris, a sparkling rosé Rondo Rose, an extra brut Sygna Rona and a dry mead Sygna Mead made from the winemaker's honey. Something to warm the heart and encourage the Nordic precursors!
