Finally a new restaurant to enhance the gastronomic offer of the city! Most of the food used is from the region and the country, with the aim of showing the richness of Bolivian cuisine to tourists visiting Uyuni. An excellent combination of Andean and tropical influenced dishes. Some western dishes as well. The dishes offered are well done. We recommend the chocolate desserts, which are particularly exquisite. The drinks "de la casa" are also excellent. The service is attentive and the decor is well thought out.

Gustu, which means "flavor" in Quechua, is one of the best restaurants in South America. The setting is superb, with an open kitchen where you can see the artists concocting their recipes like works of art.
