Read moreZigZag Space is a new arts and crafts gallery in Addis Ababa that's well worth a visit, firstly for its architecture, with a bamboo dome adorning the space, but also for its graphic exhibits, contemporary paintings and objects with colorful geometric motifs drawn from Ethiopian (tilets, sifets, tattoos, crosses...) and more generally African arts and crafts. All the artworks are handmade and locally sourced, as is the furniture in the room. The gallery organizes cultural events.
