Deux mois et 5 jours après avoir rendu le véhicule loué, le dossier sinistre n’est toujours pas réglé... mais la caution de 800€ plus 80€ frais de dossier ont été prélevés sur le compte bancaire, sans préavis.
Assurance « tous risques » est-il écrit sur leur site.
