Situated at an altitude of 2,594 meters, this resort, sometimes called the Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort, offers some 30 slopes each winter for the enjoyment of ski and snowboard enthusiasts. There's also a snowtubing run for non-skiers, open until March. In summer, visitors can explore the hiking trails of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, or take a chairlift to the top of the mountain. Bar and cafeteria on site.

The resort is the oldest and smallest in the Los Angeles area. In summer, it's the place to be for skiing and snowboarding, while in winter it's reserved for cyclists, hikers and disc golfers - a game played according to the rules of golf, but using discs that resemble a Frisbee. A total of three lifts serve 25 runs, which can be used by both sports enthusiasts and those wishing to enjoy the views at altitude. All they need to do is buy a scenic lift ride.
