For a change from Venetian culinary delights, take a flight to Latin America. Guacamole, ceviche, tacos, enchiladas... Bacàn puts the great classics of South American cuisine on the menu. The menu is relatively small, but there's no such thing as too much when the quality is top-notch. The dining room is neat, sober and contemporary, and the atmosphere charming. The success of this Sardinian "hamburger shop" has not wavered despite the passing years. Fabrizio Muscas has been able to seduce a demanding clientele with his gourmet hamburgers, which are essentially made of products from Sardinia. Pecorino cheese replaces cheddar cheese, mutton replaces ground beef, country ham replaces bacon... The sandwiches are composed like real architectural works in which seasonal products and homemade sauces are piled up in layers. The kitchen is located in the heart of a high vaulted room made of blonde stone.

Let's go for a memorable evening of celebration, with a lot of local dishes and guaranteed gluten-free: nachos, tortillas, burritos, enchiladas and fajitas, more or less sprinkled with chillies, vegetarian for some, and assisted almost every time by a tequila, a mojito, a beer, or a soda, according to your taste.
