Their approach is 100% artisanal, with an emphasis on homemade products. Their "Petits Desserts" consist of their own spirits, juices and macerations made from carefully selected local produce!
All their cocktails are 17-proof, gluten-free and even vegan for Tarte Tatin and Poire Belle-Hélène.
