Bus station Morocco

In 2019, Tangier got a new, modern bus station, but it is quite far from the city center. Located 10 km southwest of the city, it is part of the integrated development of Tangier-Metropolis. The station has a passenger terminal and can accommodate 50 coaches. They serve all of Morocco, from distant Marrakech to neighboring Chefchaouen. Please note that tickets must be purchased before boarding. The bus station also has a large parking lot for large cabs.

Leaving the medina via Bab Doukkala, you arrive at the bus station, a vast modern rectangular building surrounded by a huge car park. Inaugurated in 1982, it replaced the old bus station formerly located on Jemaâ el-Fna Square. It is in the lobby where passengers buy tickets. Each company, including Supratours and CTM, has a ticket office and offers different routes. Please note: no tickets are issued on board the coaches.
