ARCTIC UMIAQ LINE

The Sarfaq Ittuk ferry operates between Qaqortoq and Ilulissat from April ¹ to early January. A complete itinerary takes 4 nights to the north and 3 nights to the south. It is possible to start or end your trip in the middle of the trip, but be aware that the boat only passes once a week after that so you will have to wait. The best way to travel for budgetary, human or geographical reasons, as the ferry allows you to meet the locals, discover breathtaking landscapes and explore isolated villages.
