You will always find excellent chachlyks, soups, laghmans, ravioli, eggs... More than gastronomy, these chaikhanas are an attraction for those who want to taste an authentic atmosphere and get to know the Uzbeks.

Once you pass the Kamchik Pass, as the road descends into the Ferghana Valley, towards Kokand, you will notice an abundance of no or bread stands. Kokand bread, like all round breads in Uzbekistan, is the most famous bread in the country, along with Samarkand bread, and we can only advise you to taste it.
