This kabob restaurant is an institution in Lucknow. This is the restaurant of the hotel Devraj Niwas. Located in the center of the city, it offers an exotic setting in the heart of a landscaped park. The wooden tables are set in an arc in the garden, lit with candles for a romantic atmosphere. In winter, braziers are placed between the tables to keep warm. Every day, 100,000 meals are served. On the menu: an excellent vegetarian thali made of lentils and potatoes, rice, chapati and a dessert. And for this, more than 5,000 kg of wheat flour, 1,800 kg of dal (lentils), 1,400 kg of rice, 600 kg of sugar and 700 liters of milk are needed. Upon arrival, each person takes a tray, a bowl and a stainless steel spoon. You sit in a line on the floor and are served with a ladle. Remember to hold out both hands palms up to the sky in gratitude for receiving your chapati. A unique experience!

Probably the best Tibetan restaurant in Bodhgaya. Excellent dishes, hearty and affordable. An opportunity to try one of the many Tibetan recipes, including excellent momos, thukpas and more, accompanied by tingmo (steamed Tibetan bread). International dishes on the menu include salads, hummus, burgers and sandwiches, as well as fresh juices, smoothies and more. There's also a boutique selling clothes, books, incense and more. A great place to stroll around with a good book.

Recently renovated architecture, including high tables with a magnificent view, a bookstore and exhibitions of paintings by local artists: all of these assets make this establishment on the cliff one of the most popular with tourists. This Casino Hotel restaurant, built around a magnificent tree, is open to non-residents. It serves fabulous Kerala coastal cuisine. There is no menu, but a cart with the day's catch is brought in for you to choose from. Seafood is sold by the kilo. Of course, just like your meal, the bill will be high! The atmosphere of the place is very cosy, with subdued lights and a neat decoration.

This establishment, which was renovated in 2021, is a classic. The large terrace on the waterfront is particularly pleasant and is crowded as soon as the sun goes down. There is also an air-conditioned room upstairs. On the menu are many Kerala specialties, including excellent fish, shrimp and crab dishes, but also some North Indian recipes such as the inevitable biriyani. Popular restaurant established in 1968 to feed the mass of pilgrims coming to Haridwar. In a modern and air-conditioned room, they serve good dishes from the south of the country(masala dosa, idly, etc.), and dishes from the north of India, such as the very good chole bathura (chickpea curry with fried bread). This restaurant has a small terrace with a spectacular view of the Lakshman Jhula Bridge and the Trimbakeshwar Temple. It serves breakfasts, Indian dishes, pizzas, lasagne, burgers, falafel, hummus, momos... but also excellent fresh fruit juices. Most of the recipes are made with local organic products.
