Under the guidance of a local chef, the menu is rich, varied and typical: you can savour a moutabal as in the country, delicious chicken skewers marinated with labneh and saffron, divine kebabs. The only thing missing is a glass of Shiraz to accompany the dishes, which are also very hearty.
