Oman's BikingMan is a 1000 km fully autonomous cycling event in which 95 adventurers took part in February 2020. This ultra-cycling event has been organized in the Sultanate of Oman for the past 3 years and showcases the spectacular variety of the country: from the Hajar Mountains to the top of the Jebel Shams mountain, passing through the Ash Sharqiyah desert and the magnificent coastal road of the Arabian Peninsula. The participants have 120 hours to complete the route, managing independently: food, repairs and rest during the entire race. In 2020, 66 athletes have reached the end of this XXL challenge! Pictures of the event were broadcast from 8 to 12 June on France 2's 13:00 news at the rate of one report per day for 5 days: a superb way to offer a kaleidoscope of the most spectacular Omani landscapes
