Paul, the Northern France-based company founded in 1889 and now present in more than 40 countries, needs no introduction. The company's touch (the dough?) is tangible in the franchise opened in Nouakchott in 2022. In a brand new building, the clientele, rather well-to-do, buys pastries and breads, sips a coffee or a hot chocolate and enjoys a full breakfast (served until 1pm). The careful decoration and the cleanliness of the air-conditioned rooms, including the one on the second floor with its trompe-l'oeil library, invite you to share a moment with friends.
