Former boss of the Mediterranean, the warm Nicole Graziani, a Corsican living in the country since 2002, leads with an iron hand this restaurant where fish and meat will delight the demanding taste buds. What will you have on your plate? A sole meunière? Camel in sauce? (Exquisite) profiteroles? It's hard to say because the menu is always changing. The only thing you can be sure of is the succulence of the dishes. You can enjoy your dinner in the cozy room with subdued lighting or in the tree-lined patio.
