Do you know that 30% of the world's food is wasted and that this 30% could feed all the hungry people? This is what FoodWise Madagascar, a social enterprise that fights against food waste and food insecurity in Madagascar, reminds us. The non-profit organization collects via a network of partners (hotels, restaurants, supermarkets...) unsold and surplus food to distribute them, at zero cost and without CO2 impact, to organizations helping children in vulnerable situations. In order to sustain its projects and develop its activity, FoodWise Madagascar has just launched a crowdfunding campaign, where current actions and projects are presented. A great initiative to support, and a campaign to share beyond borders!
