Dzūkija National Park is located in Lithuania. It is Lithuania's largest protected area, created in 1991 with the aim of preserving the pine forests, which make up 80% of the park, as well as the region's landscapes and villages over an area of 58,519 hectares. The park's most distinctive landscapes are the continental dune massifs at Marcinkonys, Lynežeris, Grybaulia and Šunupis. The park's administrative center is located in Marcinkonys. The park is also home to the Grūtas theme park.
