For over 30 years, Adie has been helping people excluded from the job market or bank credit. Through microcredit, it enables the unemployed, those on minimum social benefits and young people with no resources to create their own jobs. It mobilizes 1,300 volunteers, 80% of whom are retired, to support these micro-entrepreneurs in France. The association has extended its action to 45-70 year-olds wishing to start their own business. It also offers mobility loans of up to €15,000 to buy a vehicle, take a driving test or repair a car.
