Located just a few minutes from the city centre, the home welcomes young people from 16 to 30 years old school or young workers to promote their social and professional integration through access to housing. Originally reserved for girls, the home of the Cassotte, an ad hoc and transitional solution for access to housing and autonomy, is now mixed and accommodates around 400 young people from 16 to 25 years a year. It has 160 fully furnished rooms, the majority in single rooms. They are equipped with a private bathroom. Two accommodation forms are proposed: Full board with breakfast included and preferential rate at home self-catering restaurant, or pass accommodation with overnight rate with breakfast and sheets included.

The Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture has a social residence and a Foyer de Jeunes Travailleurs. 76 apartments in the Résidence Escoffier and 5 apartments in the Laurier district provide access to housing. Students, young workers, mobility or professional integration, single-parent families, disabled people... occupy furnished apartments at modest rents (from 260 to 520 euros). The MJC guides tenants in budgeting, health monitoring, social and professional integration, etc. 68 additional places have been added, and a low-energy building has been built in place of the current Providence home.
