Sailing enthusiasts, welcome to Sport Nautique d'Andernos! The friendly instructors, the trips around the Île aux Oiseaux... are just some of the reasons to try your hand at sailing. Nautical excursions and courses during the school vacations are offered on Optimists from age 6, dinghies from age 8, catamarans from age 10 and windsurfers from age 11. The course comprises 5 sessions of 3 hours each, from Monday to Friday, depending on the tides. Private and group lessons are led by qualified instructors.

Located at the water's edge, on the Belles Rives side, near the bridge. This structure proposes to rent inflatable stand-up paddles and urban long boards, innovative products for all sizes. They organize supervised walks with the possibility of picnicking. But also initiation sessions of yoga and meditation, on a Yoga Flower at sunrise and sunset to fully enjoy a moment of well-being and awakening unifying body and mind. For those who are more chilly, yoga clothes are available in the private showroom.

Géraldine and Christophe's water sports center is located on the banks of the Pissevaches lake. Many activities are available: paddle, giant paddle, kayak, wingfoil, wingsurf, kitesurf, ski lift... Depending on your choice, you can practice your hobby on the sea or on the pond. Glisse & Kite also offers a most unusual experience... Imagine yourself at sunset, on a floating pontoon in the middle of the water, comfortably seated on deckchairs and enjoying aperitifs and tapas with friends, family... or just the two of you!

The Charente Sailing School gives children and adults alike a taste of the joys of sailing on the Saint-Yrieix lake. You can rent catamarans, windsurfers, canoes and mountain bikes by the hour or half-day. Introductory and advanced courses are available on reservation. Finally, around the base, you can take advantage of the many activities available: jogging and mountain bike tracks, playgrounds, handball, five-a-side soccer... Of course, you can also swim in the lake!

Vincent, from Vince Surf Damgan (abbreviated VSD), offers several sports and fun activities to give yourself a thrill or discover the Damgan coastline in a different way. On the program: stand-up paddle rental (individual or giant) or wingfoil and e-foil by the hour or more, with the possibility of private windsurfing lessons. Lovers of gliding and speed will try the towed buoy in its various variants: "Banana multi-rider", flat buoy, "Flyfish", "Endless ride". Ideal for an outing with friends or a family challenge!

Visit the region by discovering Baye and its many activities offered by the Activital base. With your family or friends, take advantage of multi-activity courses for a weekend or a week. On the programme, catamaran outings, stand-up paddle, canoeing, windsurfing and cycling. You will also have the choice of participating in heritage outings to discover history in a different way, and your children can try their hand at blowpipe shooting.
