From the Montparnasse Tower shopping centre, it's possible to see the pool through the windows - it's located in the basement. Swimmers have three pools at their disposal: a large one measuring 33 m x 15 m (maximum depth 2 m), a medium-sized one measuring 25 m x 12.50 m (maximum depth 3.40 m) and a small one measuring 12.50 m x 6 m (maximum depth 1.20 m), where aquagym sessions take place. The Canoë Montana welcomes you at 30 minutes north of Montpellier. The departure base, not far from the road, is located in the nature on a site alongside the river bank. You can choose among three courses that will allow you to discover the most beautiful and the wildest part of the Gorges de l'Hérault, the limestone cliffs of Thaurac, the villages of Laroque and Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois. Many stops are possible and along the descent. You can also swim in clear water, sunbathe and picnic. Free shuttles will take you back to your starting point at the hour you have chosen.

Affiliated with the French Sailing Federation, the sports association Gérardmer Veil offers an initiation and development to this sport, individually or in groups, in leisure or in competition. In the heart of Pinarello beach, the small nautical base of Emilie, a state-licensed instructor, offers many ways of discovering the bay of Pinarello, mainly by kayak, in the morning for half a day with discovery of the underwater fauna and flora, and even tasting of local specialties at the foot of the square tower. Bonus: giant paddle, pedal boats, kayaks and electric scooters; paddle rides and paddle fitness. Possibility of training courses for children from 6 to 12 years old for mornings of discovery of all the activities.

Club Mulhouse Aviron offers 11 sessions a week with qualified instructors and plenty of new equipment donated by members. This village is worth the detour for its 600 ha water plan, 60 million^m3 intended for agricultural irrigation. It is the largest low-water basin in the South-West. The Carrousel swimming pool has a new look for all to enjoy. Every day of the week and all year round, this gigantic space welcomes families, individuals, day-trippers and experienced sportsmen and women. The pool, which dates back to 1952, was in dire need of renovation, both in terms of layout and eco-responsibility. The new concept has therefore been rethought and adapted to comply with the latest standards in terms of eco-performance and optimum functionality. A fully green roof, rainwater harvesting, bioclimatic equipment orientation, wastewater heat recovery and ozone water treatment. Vent Réel SARL is a boat school located in Pleslin-Trigavou. They offer cruising courses to validate nautical miles, as well as sailing trips in the Bay of Saint-Malo and weekends to Chausey throughout the year. They also offer advice on nautical projects such as buying a sailboat, first sailing, long-distance sailing and skipper coaching.

Enjoy the beach on the ocean side on the Grand Crohot beach, just 15 km from the airport! This is a good exit plan! Equipped with a helmet, you will appreciate the feeling of gliding and freedom, not to mention the magnificent panorama. The school offers training courses or discovery sessions. Several sites of rolling: L'Épine and especially on the commune of Barbâtre which has the most beautiful beaches for the practice of this activity, but the school is transported with the liking of the winds and the tide.

The Moder is the ideal river for family canoe trips (children aged 6 and over). H2O Passion offers a range of circuits, accompanied or unaccompanied. Equipment (life jackets, paddles) is provided. From May to September, the Nautique water base offers kayaks for hire on time. You will have the choice between climbing the Cher or walking on the lake of the three provinces that it feeds on the edge of Saint-Via. The boats can accommodate between two and four people, so why not take them to paddle to the harbour of Noyer, and observe the locks of the Berry Canal? The water base also rents atvs to enjoy the edge of the Cher.

Stand-up paddle on a river, it's simple but you had to think about it! RiverSide Paddle invites you to explore the mouth of the Tech (the Tech jar) as well as the Mas Larrieu nature reserve to the rhythm of your paddle. The pure and silent glide of the stand-up paddle or kayak is ideal for observing sea birds and the many fish... a very zen "Discovery" ride. Eco-friendly and fun, this is a very original way to discover the natural riches of the Radieuse coast in a different way. Beware, shoes are mandatory, no flip-flops!

You want to discover the lake of Hossegor in an original and playful way? For example, by renting a Hawaiian pirogue, a Canadian canoe or a stand-up paddle? With a length of 2,300 m and a width of 350 m, the shores of this lake are never far away. You can sail to the first bridge, just before you reach the channel to the ocean. This nautical base offers you canoes or kayaks for a descent of the Ardèche with or without a guide, from half a day to two days with courses from 8 to 32 km. The wake is an alternative to surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, which uses the technique of the ski lift to pull you: a water ski lift. No need for wind or waves! Several disciplines: wakeboarding (a mix of snowboarding and surfing), wakeskating, water skiing. Start with the kneeboard, accessible to all. Here you can also practice wind foil, a recent nautical activity and wake foil. Finally, there is an aqua fun center with the following activities: stand-up paddle and pedal boat rental, and different courses for "warriors".
