Aqua'Causs is located on the river bank in a 15th century mill at the foot of the pretty village of Cazals. We are in the heart of the gorges. Upstream, Saint-Antonin and Feynerols; downstream, Penne and Bruniquel. Here, the river is descended by canoe. An ideal and original way to discover this exceptional region. Different departures are possible, from Saint-Antonin or from Cazals. On arrival, don't forget to have a drink at the guinguette in Cazals (if it's open!) and to stroll through the old stones of the village.

The lake of Castillon is 8 kilometers long and covers 500 hectares, set between the mountains. Under a blue sky (most of the time) the setting is splendid. A great number of nautical activities are practiced such as kayak, catamaran, water skiing, towed buoy... Night trips are also organized in canoe for the adventurous. The base located directly on the Ubaye river (direct departure for 30 rapids) guarantees you fresh sensations. Its team of mountain professionals invites you to practice aquarando, canyoning, via ferrata and an incredible number of other particularly fun outdoor sports such as hydrospeed or hot-dogging. What a great way to spend an unforgettable moment!

ASG plongée Les Joyeux Têtards is a diving club based at the lake of Gérardmer. Beginners and experienced divers are welcome to dive and discover the fauna and flora so specific to fresh water. First dives are organised during the summer months. An area dedicated to baptisms has been set up after the last pontoon of the sail. The instructors know how to mix humour and fun with serious explanations of safety rules.

The Union Nautique offers a beautiful space for relaxation on the banks of the lake and activities. 250 m of fine sand, green spaces, pontoons, swimming facilities: everything is safe thanks to the presence of lifeguards. You will also find a giant slide, a diving board, and games for the little ones. A snack bar is at your disposal to eat. Changing rooms, toilets and showers are available for the comfort of users. Note that the water of the lake comes from the mountain: fresh, it will make you feel good during the hot summer days.

The lake of Bouzey-Chaumousey is located 8 km from Épinal. Fishing and sailing cohabit on this lake. Beaches have also been set up to cope with the summer crowds. For everyone's safety, lifeguards supervise a part of the lake. A magnificent natural site conducive to a moment of relaxation a few minutes from the city. For the sportsmen, a cycle track goes along the canal and connects Épinal to Bouzey, a walk accessible for all levels. A magnificent panorama that will move you in summer and winter.

This stretch of water between the station and the bypass is in fact the result of the extraction of the materials needed to fill in the bypass put in place in 1988-1989, between the "Moulin" and "Bruyères" interchanges. With a surface area of nine hectares, the lake is perfectly equipped for visitors in search of greenery and leisure activities. On sunny days, a refreshment bar appears on the terrace of the latter!

The 12-hectare lake lies just below the village. You can swim there (under supervision) in July and August. You can rent pedal boats, canoes and kayaks, and above all mountain bikes! The lake's mountain bike base is the starting point for five circuits. The most difficult is Mont Gargan (30 km), and the easiest is La Villetelle (5 km). Affiliated to the French Sailing Federation, the OCEAN association was born from the grouping of the Ouistreham sailing and sand yacht school (SRCO) and the Colleville-Montgomery sailing school (Wind 14). The circuits offered by this nautical base vary in length (from 1h30 to 6h), but you can also take a 67 km trip and bivouac in a setting as peaceful as it is charming. It is one of the largest and most frequented beaches by young people and families in summer, who easily extend the swim with an improvised picnic on the lawns punctuated by clumps of trees to preserve themselves from a sun that would become too untimely. The sand and gravel bay allows children to walk several meters and its rocky peninsula attracts those who wish to swim more quietly in the distance.

Sioule Loisirs rents canoes and kayaks to discover the Combrailles along the Sioule. The center offers several routes ranging from 11 to 25 km, divided between the gorges hautes for families and the gorges de Chouvigny for the more athletic. Picnic breaks are available at the foot of Château-Rocher or on the Menat bridge. Changing rooms, showers and a restaurant with panoramic terrace complete the infrastructure. The club is also a school for paddling, eskimo rolling, ocean racing, surfing, skiing and pirogue. All instructors are state-qualified. On the Sée and Sélune rivers, the Avranche canoe club, starting from the Parisy leisure centre, offers you many trips. On site, you can hire equipment for a trip on the water, either on your own or accompanied. Thus, all year round, the inhabitants of the Gaves have the possibility to practice river descents, alone, with their family or in groups, supervised by professionals. For the novices, rafting allows to discover white water in complete safety. The most courageous or the most athletic can navigate on more autonomous boats (hot-dog, kayak). The club participates in numerous sports competitions, the good results of which are the pride of the establishment. Training courses are regularly offered in order to discover the discipline or to perfect one's practice.

Adapted to wheelchair users with a seahorse at your disposal, this aquatic centre is composed of two pools: a 25 m sports pool and a 230 m² "play" pool. In summer, discover the outdoor pool. The facilities are perfect: a 57 m slide with black holes from 6 years old, a slide for young children, a paddling pool, 2 whirlpools, a sauna, a steam room. Numerous aquatic activities: swimming lessons, aquagym, aquabike, aquatic dance and aquatraining.

With a surface area of 177 ha, this lake offers a beach with swimming, a water slide and a water sports club. The area around the lake also offers hiking and mountain bike trails.
