If you enjoy mountain biking without being an expert, this introductory course will be perfect for you! With only five kilometers and 45 minutes of pedaling, the circuit offers just enough incline to let you enjoy yourself without too much effort. Start from the Lamoura tourist office and follow mountain bike route no. 23 all the way: it takes you first to Haut-du-Bruchet, then to Tresberruy. To return to your starting point, take the RD25.

This 31-kilometre cycle circuit - which you can rest assured of, only partially - invites you to discover the natural and architectural heritage of this little sum of the Somme. From the Chalmazel resort, you can choose from six signposted mountain bike trails. The final descent is on the "wild boar trail", towards the Chalmazel ski resort.

Circuit from the Mountain VTT Mountain Bike Guide. Distance: 22,5 km. Departure of Chausseterre water plan. During this hike you will cross the educational trail of Black Woods. Then climb to Col Saint-Thomas at 931 m, where the sign "Here begins Auvergne, Here ends France". Then go into the middle of the forest in front of the Cabane of the Maquis (curiosity or many graffiti over 50 years of age are inscribed inside and inside the cabin). If you're looking for a fun experience, immerse yourself in the thrilling world of downhill mountain biking. Dozens of kilometers of groomed trails are available, suitable for all levels. From the simplest level, the green trail, to the most difficult, the black trail, you'll be spoilt for choice. You can also try water jumping, where the bike and rider land in the lake. Fun Bike Center is first and foremost a bicycle shop. But to explore the paths of Vallespir, you can rent electric mountain bikes from Haibike, model 2018. The whole team of the shop is also there to guide you towards the trails and loops marked out according to your level. And in the area, there is no shortage of paths and trails and they will take you up to the border ridges at an altitude of over 1000 m. The 14 km bike ride that we offer you is accessible to all and will allow you to discover the plains of the Lauragais region and the natural and patrimonial wealth of the West of the Aude. This family trail to discover Villasavary will take you from the very rolling northern part on the plains to a second hilly part in the south, along the Bois des Canonges. From the Villasavary stadium, follow the FFC signs, number 1 green.

Take off on your mountain bike from the top of the Croix de la Libération for a thrilling ride! A shuttle bus takes you to the summit from where four trails start, including one suitable for all-terrain wheelchairs. All levels of difficulty (green, blue, red, black) are available, and up to 8 runs can be made in an afternoon. The Mont Pupet Salins bike park is a paradise for mountain bikers. The trails are well groomed and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Riders can choose from a variety of trails, including downhill, cross-country and freestyle. The downhill trails are the most popular, offering fast, technical descents that test riders' skills. The Mont Poupet Salins bike park is accessible by car or train.

Located in the north of the town, a quiet and shady site that sportsmen choose for their jogging that they will finish by a passage through the health course. A former railroad line, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time as soon as you take your first steps, or start pedaling. The 3 m wide track passes over the Eiffel-type Lavassac metal bridge, viaducts and tunnels for 3.5 km. Pleasant both for the quality of its surface and for the views it affords over the Cévennes valley of the Rivière d'Arre. The Boucle VTT du Vallon de Bellevaux is classified as an easy ride. The outing lasts around 1h30, covering just over 13 km with a positive gradient of 500 metres, which will put a slight strain on your physical capacities. Despite this, it's a very pleasant walk along the course of the Chéran, winding its way to the foot of Mont Pécloz, the third-highest peak in the Bauges massif at 2,197 meters.

Ille-sur-Têt is a small town in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France. For bicycle enthusiasts, there's a bike store called Caminade. Transformed into a "voie verte", this former railroad line offers an ideal setting for a pleasant bike ride, guiding you from Brives-Charensac to Solignac-sur-Loire (850 m above sea level). Spread over 13.8 km, the gentle 2% gradient makes for an easy ascent. You'll cross a 184 m viaduct and five illuminated tunnels, some of which are up to 1.5 km long, creating impressive and refreshing zones in summer. The route offers views of the Loire Valley, Mont Mézenc and Mont Meygal.

The village of Langey is linked on behalf of two French poets: from Birthplace and Rabelais. This 11 kilometre circuit is therefore part of the house of the latter, which was built next to the local castle. It also makes it possible to close to the church of the commune before discovering other remains of the feudal seigneury like barn under the tithes. This large building in length dates back to the th century. Finally, the promenade takes the walkers to Mersantes, a former local head-site.

This 15 kilometre tour, open for hiking as well as a bicycle ride, allows you to discover a region that mixes land and water. From the side of Maintenon, from whence the path, it is possible to borrow the different bridges that cross the Eure and discover the aqueduct of Louis XIV, the last stretch of the canal which was supposed to link the Eure-et-Loir and Versailles. A little further, the way through the villages of Pierres and Villiers-le-Villiers. If water plans transcend the territory, these two communes are at the heart of the fields and the eurélienne land.

After the steam locomotive and the TGV, here is the Vélorail: a revolutionary machine designed to run outdoors on the kilometres of railway tracks that are now abandoned! The Grande traversée du Morvan is a 248 km signposted mountain bike trail between Avallon and Autun. It's not necessarily a highly technical adventure, but should be reserved for hardy mountain bikers, as 4,300 meters of positive gradient await them. Although it can be done in either direction, the route is recommended from Avallon to Autun. On the dedicated website, stages are suggested, with a GPX track for free download. How about a breath of fresh air on the banks of the Giffre? From the beautiful blue lake of Morillon, you can follow a well-maintained and marked path that leads you to the lake of Samoëns: the Lac aux Dames. This itinerary without difficulties will lead you to the water's edge and in the forest, with magnificent views on the surrounding summits, such as the famous Criou and Pic Marcelly. A footbridge at the end of the route will announce your arrival in Samoëns. It will take you about 1h30 to do the round trip.
