Le Cosy du Plo is the address for gourmet taste buds, with two separate boutiques-tea rooms: one in the heart of the city, the other in town. To reconcile indulgence and well-being, we go for natural, local, carefully selected products. The star products: artisanal ice creams and pastries. After a thorough renovation, this restaurant, located in a beautiful bourgeois house in the old town, reopened in April 2023. A fine dining experience that began under the name of La Véranda, now known as L'Îlot. From spring onwards, a lovely shaded terrace unfolds under the lime trees and on the lawn, while winter brings us into a cosy dining room. This is a top-of-the-range, rather top-of-the-range coffee whose traceability, quality requirements and fair production make it a remarkable product... so you might as well take the time to appreciate it! A new ethical address. Yakan is both a store selling eco-responsible, fair trade crafts and a counter selling local flavors and wines to taste on site or take away. Double the reason to stop in. In 2023, Yvonne and Patrick Hereng opened this boutique-bistro for Opportunity for Women, an association that supports women artisans in South-East Asia. You'll find cushions, clothing and accessories. You can enjoy Baronnies tapas with an artisan beer, kombucha or a glass of local organic and natural wine.

The company was founded in 1978. It's a gourmet address not to be missed in Buis, a bakery, pastry shop, confectionery, ice cream parlour and tea room where you can stop off for a bite to eat or relax with a coffee on the terrace. Everything is handcrafted, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And both the storefront and the menu change with the seasons and traditional holidays.
