From his journey in the middle of the show, Cyril offers a unique concept on the vendéenne coast with his restaurant-cabaret L'Intermission, created in 2012. A film lover, he decorated his restaurant on the theme of cinema in the s/s: red carpets, projectors, black and white photos of American actors, large red curtains to dress the glass walls of the building to the design of cubes that illuminate in the evening, and at the bottom of the room, a small scene that welcomes the artists. So every 15 days, dinners are organized around cabaret numbers with french, for example, magic, tap, Gypsy jazz, New Orleans, or some of the one show of comics. The price of the dinner more show is 42 € or 45 € the evening, which is not expensive at all. The café-théâtre Le Petit Bijou captures the spirit of those Parisian places where comedy shows for young and old are offered in a warm setting, under the impetus of Mehdi and Virginie. 70 shows a year with an ever-enthusiastic audience who can, before or after the show, take advantage of the gourmet bar and its aperitif boards. Le Nombril du Monde is a little more than a simple theater-café: a living stage where talents can be born and blossom since more than 30 years. This is how the Nombril du Monde saw the birth of a certain Florence Foresti on stage... This café-theatre has a resident troupe of professional comedians, about fifteen, who play all the roles, from bar service to the stage. Two rooms (air-conditioned) to laugh all year long. Excellent news: the Cité du Music-Hall has landed in Nantes and taken off in the Sémaphore hall on the Ile de Nantes. This 282-seat venue has been completely renovated, with comfortable blue seats and beautiful effects to enhance the shows. Rare in France, this human-scale venue is entirely devoted to music hall. We love the closeness between the audience and the performers, and have a really good time. Actors, dancers, singers and sometimes acrobats, we're delighted to discover the Revue de la Cloche and the diverse programming of the Cité du Music-Hall. Excellent news for promoting, preserving and supporting talented artists, and it's in Nantes!

Laughter and applause can often be heard coming straight from this little café-théâtre. That's right! The Médoc océan has its own café-théâtre, opposite the church in Carcans bourg. It's a wonderful initiative, thanks to Nathalie and Xavier. The shows are open to all, with special performances for young audiences and special evenings on New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day. The venue has lived up to its reputation: people travel from far and wide for these evenings of laughter and relaxation! And before the curtain rises, we sit down to enjoy a few tapas.

Clément Meunier never slept was the title of his show. He is the happy initiator of this coffee-concert that welcomes people from the show, whether roded or not, to test their creations. With Aubois of birth, Clément offers an opening on the region, as well as an opportunity for the premises to occur. Le Zygo Comédie opened its doors in 2016 in the heart of Vannes. Its 150-seat auditorium welcomes you all year round, with a program that gives pride of place to comedies (80% comedies, 20% one-offs), not forgetting the children's shows scheduled during the school vacations. A new performance venue has opened its curtains in the Cité Comtale on the site of the former limonaderie. In pure cabaret and café-theater spirit, with round tables and chairs for snacks while enjoying the show. The intimate, all-wood venue seats around 50. In an alley in Old Lyon which has had an illustrious name for more than 25 years, the Boui Boui is, as it says, the "reference of café-theatres". And for everyone else, it is a must in the local comedy life. In a narrow room, you can really talk about proximity between the audience and the artists! A talent scouting room which has seen the debut of artists such as Anthony Kavanagh, Florence Foresti from Lyon, Jonathan Lambert... In Saint-Galmier, the KFT, nestled in a 16th century cloister whose terrace overlooks the listed arcades, is a renowned café-theatre. Not only can you enjoy delicious home-made tapas, accompanied by a glass of champagne in the open-air formula, but you can also enjoy a wide variety of shows. The eclectic programme includes magic, theatre of course, humour and improvisation. On the programme this year are headliners Christophe Alévêque in January, Gil Alma and Benoît Joubert in February and Anne Roumanov in May. Make a note in your diaries of the anniversary evening: the KFT celebrates its 10th anniversary on June 10, 2021.

When was the last time you laughed at a show? Head for the Complexe, where you'll be looked after by a smiling team. Here, the show begins before the show, with a glass of sangria and a few tapas. You can eat, drink, chat and even fizz while waiting for the show to start, whether you're in the upstairs or downstairs room. In the same vein as the famous Boui-Boui, this café-theater under the direction of Stéphane Casez is in a way the cousin of the Croix-Rousse. Opened more than 10 years ago in a former bakery on the plateau, the Rideau Rouge has a small air-conditioned room where people like to come with friends to see a wide variety of shows, happily mixing 100% Lyon comedies and prestigious headliners. The Rideau Rouge has teamed up with the neighboring Café de la Soie to offer complete evenings of dinner and show with an all-inclusive formula. When the Red Curtain rises on the Croix-Rousse, laughter is guaranteed between friends.

This beautiful and friendly theatre is located in the commune of Le Crès, north-east of Montpellier. Very warm, the theatre has a program adapted to all audiences. Espace Gerson, a name that sounds like an evidence when you think "shows" in Lyon. More than 30 years of existence for a room of 120 seats and stands with an unobstructed view on the stage, a very nice associative bar. An easily accessible stage in the old town of Lyon where about fifty comedy shows are usually performed every year. The Espace Gerson is a must of the Lyon's theater-café with the Plateaux de Gerson and young comedians who come to present a part of their show the last Mondays of each month.

Formerly located in the city center, Le Bacchus café-théâtre has been given a new lease of life by the water. Housed in a wood, glass and steel building on the banks of the Vilaine River, Rennes' legendary café-théâtre has retained its intimate atmosphere, and is as pleasant for a drink as it is for a show. We're happy to share a board with a glass of wine (or more, as Le Bacchus is also a restaurant). While the great comedians and up-and-coming talents get their kicks performing here, on the spectators' side, our zygomatic muscles get a workout at every show.
