Nuts, cereals, pasta, lentils and other peas, oils and vinegars, detergent... Paper bags and jars are available, but the best thing is to come with your own containers to avoid wasting even more.

Founded in 1974, the Robin des Bio association promotes organic farming in Lille and the entire Hauts-de-France region. Its philosophy can be summed up in three words: organic, local and fair trade. Through its grocery store, the association aims to set up a distribution circuit on a human scale, respectful of people and the environment. The grocery store enables the association to sell and buy organic and eco-responsible products for its members, covering all the needs of daily life. From fresh produce and cleaning products to bulk dry groceries, over 1,500 items are on offer. And all products are sourced from local producers and suppliers. Robin des Bio is more than just a grocery store; it's the showcase of an association that wants to change mindsets and consumption patterns to preserve people and their environment.

They offer takeaway and delivery services, but it is not possible to eat in. Their products include estuary caviar with Pineau and Cognac.

According to its name, Etika Spirulina is an urban farm producing ethically-sourced fresh spirulina, a cyanobacteria that provides protein and iron in abundance. This little marvel is the passion of Xavier, Flore and Michaël, three enthusiasts who take great pleasure in helping you discover all the secrets of spirulina through visits to their farm, or their organic products, which are excellent for your health and the planet! Their spirulina honey is very tasty, their iced spirulina is delicious in smoothies and their spreads are a real treat!

Last grocery store before the end of the world... The Alimentation générale, located in the heart of Plogoff, occupies the premises of the old bakery of the village. It is the best place to fill up on the road to the Pointe du Raz. You will find everything you need for your picnic, but also many organic products of local origin: fresh vegetables, preserves, honeys, cheeses... The house, which is also a café, offers you the possibility to have your breakfast on the terrace.

La Boutique des Pruneaux is a delicatessen located in Agen. It offers a wide selection of products based on Agen prunes, such as pitted prunes, prune nougats, no-sugar-added energy bars, prune cream, filled prunes and more. The store also features organic products, such as organic seed mixes and organic dried and soft fruits. Maison Roucadil, which runs the store, has been working with plum producers for over 30 years to guarantee the quality of its prunes. The Lindt boutique in Oloron-Sainte-Marie is a must for chocolate lovers. Founded in 1845, the store is renowned for its fine Swiss chocolates, truffles and confectionery. It is not possible to eat in or take away, and there is no delivery service. If you're visiting Oloron as a tourist, it's worth making a detour to discover the delicious chocolates on offer. However, it is also advisable to compare prices with other stores, as some customers have reported that the promotions running in other stores were more attractive.

Domaine Crubel is a farm located in Porte-du-Quercy. Alain and Sylvianne SOMSON welcome you to their estate, where they produce a variety of food products. Do you need vegetables? They need work! It is on this principle that the vegetable gardens of the Chlorophyll network are put in place. To be tasted: excellent tomatoes, from traditional varieties, grown with only treatment of the waste waste and a little Bordeaux bouillie. Twenty employees work for this association which hosts every week 160 members, who come to search for who a basket, or half basket, well filled. A total of about tons of vegetables are harvested each year. The circuit, for a good cause, has natural guaranteed products. It would be wrong not to try.

Chez Jannig is a small shop located in the heart of the historic centre of Dinan, specialising in hemp. It offers many items for sale, including a wide range of textiles (from rain boots to hats), food and cosmetics made from hemp. Indeed, for a few years now, hemp, with its numerous virtues, has enjoyed a better reputation and Chez Jannig has decided to make it its flagship product. As a bonus, an educational trail on the use of hemp open to all has been set up in the form of explanatory posters.

A large bulk section allows you to buy the necessary quantity and thus avoid waste: remember to bring your containers. Montbrison is famous for its Fourme de Montbrison cheese. This blue-veined cheese has been produced in the region for centuries, and has been protected by an appellation d'origine contrôlée since 1972.
