On this safari you will visit Lake Manyara National Park, situated in the Rift Valley region. The park is known for its amazing tree-climbing lions. You will also visit Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and its baobab trees. You will then visit the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the major attractions of an African safari. It’s the world’s largest intact and unfilled volcanic caldera, and is indeed the flagship tourist attraction of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Detail of the stay : 4-Day Tented Camp Tanzania Safari - 4 days

Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport or Arusha Airport in the late afternoon; you will be greeted by our warm and friendly guides. You will be transferred to a nearby hotel in Moshi or Arusha to rest and relax after a long International flight.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we depart from your hotel to Tarangire National Park for game drive. This park has greatest concentration of wildlife and huge baobab trees Tarangire national park provides you with a great opportunity to witness Africa’s most giant elephant families, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and elands through its endless plains. Lunch box will be provided during the day.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast from Serengeti we drive to Ngorongoro Crater and descend 2000 ft. to the crater rim, the Ngorongoro conservation is also a UNESCO world heritage site with wildlife coexisting with semi nomadic Maasai practicing livestock grazing in the crater with walls 2,000 ft. high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 sq. miles, the crater is also known for its indigenous species to East Africa including the rare black rhino.

Day 4: Lake Manyara and Cultural tour

On this day you have two options you either choose to go to Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for tree-climbing lions and big elephants as the game drive will begin during the morning and end in the afternoon the game drive is going to take almost 4-5 hours.

After breakfast we drive to the Maasai Village and experience the Maasai culture through their everyday nomadic lifestyle experiences, we will also learn about their traditional foods, herbs and their leadership system that runs from one family to the other as you will visit their houses and meet the families, also you’re going to do a short snake park tour at the Meserani Snake Park.

After lunch we start driving back to Arusha town all the way to Kilimanjaro international airport to catch your flight back home or continue with your other flight to Zanzibar vacation tour and relax at the beach for a couple of days till your flight back home.
