Stay : The Limon waterfalls

Located in the province of Samana, in the heart of a majestic rainforest at an altitude of 360 m, the Cascade de Limon is one of the most beautiful and impressive waterfalls in the Dominican Republic. The waterfall has to be earned, and getting there is almost an adventure, but at the foot of its 40-metre-high, moss-covered rock walls, a delightful freshwater pool awaits brave adventurers. The more adventurous will brave the sea spray for a massage under the powerful water jets that conceal small caves.

Detail of the stay : The Limon waterfalls - 1 day

Day 1: The Limon waterfalls

It's early in the morning when Nicolas invites his little troop to discover this surprising place. It's a short hike of around 50 minutes, well-shod, to get up close and personal with an exceptional natural environment. In the midst of a gentle jungle, a chaotic path lined with mango, banana, royal palm, cocoa and coffee trees will take you to a breathtaking sight.

Back at the ranch, with stars in their eyes, tired but happy, our adventurers enjoy a typical Dominican buffet.

This adventure can be enjoyed on mule-back, but we 100% recommend that you experience it on foot.

Half-day with meals included.
