The felucca is a small sailing boat measuring between 8 and 13 meters in length, usually crewed by 2 or 3 people and able to accommodate around ten passengers. As an alternative to motorboats, the felucca offers the advantage of calm and quiet navigation between Luxor and Aswan.

Day 2: From Edfu to Fawaza
After breakfast, we sail for about two hours to the village of RAMADI, which we will visit for approximately one hour. Lunch, then sail to the island of BASAW.
Stroll through the village and its fields of mango, banana and lemon
trees...Overnight along the shore.Day 3: Sailing to Basaw
Short sail to the DJEBEL SILSILAH quarry, the largest sandstone quarry in the south. Visit of the chapels and the SPEOS of HOREMHEB, followed by an hour-and-a-half walk through a palm grove towards the village of FARES. Resumption of navigation towards the island of MANIHA.
Night along the shore.
Day 4: From Djebel Silsilah quarry to Maniha island
Morning visit to the KOM OMBO temple, the crocodile museum and the DARAW camel market. Afternoon sailing to ASSOUAN.
Overnight stay 5 km north of town.
Day 6: Abu Simbel and Philae
Steps: Assouan, Philae, Abou Simbel
After breakfast, departure to visit the temple of Philae.
Return to Aswan and end of tour
