Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
Arrival in the evening and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Road to Musanze (Ruhengeri)
Steps: Ruhengeri Musanze
After breakfast, road to Musanze (Ruhengeri). In the afternoon, a car or partly bicycle ride from the beautiful Bulera and Ruhondo lakes. Accommodation in lodge.
Day 3: In the discovery of the last mountain gorillas
Sunrise at Aurores and visit of gorillas. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon, rest or discovery of local crafts.
Day 4: Meeting with local populations
Meeting the inhabitants with an alternative tour operator. In the afternoon, return to Kigali. Visit of the Mémorial Memorial. Accommodation in Kigali.
Day 5: Visit of Akagera Park: plunged into the silence of nature
Visit of Akagera Park and its wildlife. Accommodation at Akagera Game Lodge or in the new tent camp on the shores of Lake Ihema.
Day 6: Through the rocky hills of Akagera Park
The park is the kingdom of birds and mammals (elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras...). You can complete your visit to the park with a boat trip on Lake Ihema.
Day 7: Return to Kigali, take advantage of nightlife
Steps: Kigali
Continuation of the park visit and return to Kigali. Dinner in one of Kigali's restaurants, then evening in the bars of Nyamirambo.
Day 8: Kigali and return flight
Last morning shopping. In the afternoon, transfer to Kigali airport for return flight (night).
