The Poterie de Cliousclat is a true heritage gem. Behind its listed façade lies a historic workshop where the art of pottery has been practiced since 1903. Here, potters shape local clay to reproduce the forms of yesteryear. It even houses a small museum displaying these treasures of the past. Becoming a cooperative in 2017, it employs five people and reaches beyond the borders of the département, exporting as far as New York. A pillar of the pottery revival in France, Poterie de Cliousclat also organizes the country's only Potters' Markets.
